Omelet Cheese for my Sayang.

Hello hello kita nak ajar awak buat omelet cheese. hehe sedaap, and simple sahaja sayangku. All you need is three eggs, and two slices of cheddar cheese. (you can also use other types of cheese based on your own taste).

So first thing first, you kacau kacau the eggs like this. make sure all  the eggs are in good condition tau. 

Kemudian kita light up the stove, guna api biasa sahaja, not too big not too small. But since ini first try sayang cuba api kecik dulu pun okay juga. 

Selepas itu kita letakkan kan minyak, and spread it to all sides of the pan. biarkan minyak tu panas sekejap. 

After that kita masukkan telur! buatkan jadi bentuk bulat. (This is when you need to use your pan shifting skills wachaaaa)

Then, kita strip the cheddar to pieces like this. I only used two. jangan banyak sangat nanti cholesterol tinggi tau sayang. 

Then bila cheddar tu dah cair, you spread it with a fork evenly throughout the egg. 


Last sekali you flipped it into half, and angkat dia. Now you got yourself an omelet egg hurrraaaay! :) You can always improvise the recipe if you want to, add onions and cili or even serbuk curry! Happy Trying Sayang ;)

Ketam Masak Cili Api dan Sawi goreng sos tiram khas buat sayangku ;)

Hello Hello so awak nak buat ketam masak cili api kan. You'll need ketam, 8 biji cili api, satu kotak santan, satu sudu kecil serbuk kari seafood sedikit, and dua batang serai. That's all. hehehe :)

Jadi mula mula you masukkan ketam, together with santan. sambil tu api terpasang. Then awak masukkan serai. make sure dia belah bawa sedikit. selepas itu awak masukkan cili api and bawang putih yang dah ditumbuk lumat tau. bila dah selesai awak gaul gaul gaul. masukkan serbuk kari seafood pula. sedikit sahaja tak perlu banyak. kacau dia, sampai dia berubah warna. dari biru ke merah! aaaand sudah siaaap! Walllaaaaaah! :D

Lepas tu awak masak la sayur. senang je. serious simple je. awak panaskan minyak sedikit. lepas tu awak tumis bawang putih. Dah sudah tumis, awak masukkan sayur. bahagian batang dahulu. Sebab batang selalunya lambat sikit nak masak. Lepas tu awak masukkan yang daun dia pula. bila dia dah layu sedikit awak masukkan sos tiram. letak sikit je. dalam dua sudu cukup kot. gaul gaul sekejap. lepas tu sudah selesai. :) Selamat mencuba sayang. :)

Steamed Chinese style fish and Steamed Thailand style (Tomyum) Fish


Hello helloooo, so to make Chinese style steamed fish you'll need ikan siakap,  kicap soya cair, a little bit of sesame oil, daun ketumbar (dihiris), 4 ulas bawang putih (dihiris), satu batang serai (dihiris).

Well what you need to do now isssssss, throw all of the ingredients inside the aluminum foil, make sure you put some of the ingredients in between the fish also, you wrap it all up. and steam it for one and a half hour with plain water. (until the fish cooks of course!) Yeaaaap, it's that simple people :D

As for Steamed fish Thailand style pula, you'll need bawang merah (sliced), garlic (sliced), daun ketumbar (sliced), serai (sliced), tomyam paste, and a little bit of salt, three spoon of plain water.



Just like Chinese style, you put it  all into an aluminum foil, spread the tomyam paste with spoon around the fish, wrap it up, and steam it up for one hour and a half. Now walllaaaaah! Two steamed fish dishes for dinner  Happy Trying :B
